Meredith Musick, E-YRT, LMT, expertise encompasses a whole lifestyle approach to healthy, youthful, and purposeful living. With 2100+ hours of teacher training she is an experienced yoga teacher, a licensed massage therapist (# MA29418), and nutrition aficionado.

Meredith has been immersed in yoga since 1990. Each year brings her greater understanding and a deeper bow of gratitude for all the gifts she has received from this great practice of union with the Self. Meredith views the art and science of yoga as a path to explore our inner selves and elevate our consciousness, while creating a counter-balance to the stresses of modern life.

Meredith’s yoga teaching is firmly based in the ancient Indian tradition of classical yoga as defined in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. She has inspired countless students and teachers with her own detailed and compassionate approach to movement, meditation, awareness, nutrition, and everyday well-being.

She has studied with master teachers Donna Farhi, David Swenson, Tias Little (17 years, including his gravity series), Aadil Pahlkivala (12 years, emphasis on therapeutics), Lillah Schwartz and Rodney Yee. From the many disciplines she has studied and taught in the past 20+ years —Ashtanga, Iyengar, Purna yoga, and more—she is equipped to use whichever method or tool she believes will best reach her students and help them on their path.

Her teaching comes straight from her heart and her personal practice. Meredith maintains an intense focus on core integration and alignment stemming from her desire to use yoga as a tool to heal and strengthen the body. In her teaching, Meredith shares her deep wisdom about yoga, meditation, nutrition, and holistic healing and has helped thousands of people learn the practical steps necessary to heal themselves and thrive.

Meredith’s attentive and compassionate dedication to yoga inspires and holds space for students to journey deeper into body, heart, mind, and spirit than they ever could have imagined. Known for her clarity and focus on alignment Meredith presents students with powerful opportunities to gain tangible yoga knowledge and improve balance, strength, posture and ability.

Her classes and workshops are transformative, challenging and therapeutic as she focuses her teaching on breath, alignment and the interconnection between mind, body and spirit, allowing students to work at their own pace in a safe and transformational environment. She has a well-earned reputation for deepening the newest to the most seasoned practices, through breath work, focus on alignment and a quest for authenticity.

Meredith is a full time yoga teacher and body worker who continues to live her passion for yoga every day. In the last decade Meredith has spent time between Naples and Vermont as she is establishes a wellness, yoga, hiking and nature retreat located on a scenic property that has been in her family for generations. This venture ties into Meredith’s belief and studies of Ecopsychology, or the relationship between humans and the natural world. Ecopsychology is predicated on re-establishing our connection with nature and developing sustainable lifestyles.

Meredith’s mission is to joyfully and masterfully share authentic practice and instruction, using complementary forms of bodywork, nutrition and yoga, so we may, in peaceful communion, fulfill our physical and spiritual potential as members of the same loving human family.

Meredith also holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology, photography and languages from Drew University.
